Orders
How is my piece made?
Every Forged piece is printed when you place your order. We don't keep stock: we make it for you at our production facility and ship it from there.
How long does delivery take?
First, production: 2 to 5 business days. Then shipping: 3 to 4 business days to the United States and 5 to 20 business days to the rest of the world, depending on the country. In November and December it can take a little longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only if it hasn't gone into production yet, and we start right away. If you made a mistake, write to us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 200 countries. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you. We don't ship to Venezuela, Ecuador, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea or the regions of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk. We also don't reach some countries in Africa, Asia and Oceania yet.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your country and the number of items. You'll see it at checkout, before you pay.
Will I have to pay customs?
Prices don't include import taxes or duties. Depending on your country, customs may charge them on delivery. They're set by each country and paid by the recipient.
How do I know where my order is?
When it leaves our facility, we email you the tracking number. Everything is explained in Track your order.
Are you in Ecuador?
We can't ship directly to Ecuador: our production facility doesn't deliver there. But you can receive your piece through a Miami mailbox (casillero), like any other online purchase:
- Open a Miami mailbox with an Ecuadorian courier authorized by Ecuador's customs agency (SENAE), such as Laarbox by Laar Courier. They give you a Miami address with your name and your mailbox number.
- Order from Forged using your mailbox as the shipping address, exactly as the courier gives it to you.
- The courier receives the package in Miami and brings it to you in Ecuador.
On top of your order, you pay the courier for transport from Miami, charged per pound (roughly 4.50 to 7 USD per pound, depending on the courier). Customs also charges a flat fee of 20 USD per shipment under category B, or "4x4", plus 0.5% of the value (Fodinfa). That category covers packages up to 4 kg and 400 USD, with a yearly limit of 1,600 USD per person.
If you buy several pieces in the same order, those 20 USD are shared across all of them. Rates are set by each courier and the fee by customs: confirm them with your courier before you buy.
Sizing
Which size should I choose?
Every piece has its own size guide with measurements in centimeters. Lay a piece of yours that fits well flat, measure it and compare it with the chart. The tee is oversized, with dropped shoulders. The hoodies and crewnecks run small: order one size up.
Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit?
No. Since every piece is made for you, we don't accept exchanges for size or change of mind. That's why it's worth checking the size guide before you buy.
Payment
How can I pay?
With PayPal. When PayPal offers it, you can also pay by debit or credit card from its window. In some countries PayPal asks you to create an account to use a card.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars (USD). If your card or account uses another currency, PayPal or your bank converts it.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Payment happens inside PayPal: we never see your card details.
Exchanges and returns
What if my piece arrives wrong?
If it arrives damaged, with a defect, with a misprint, or it isn't what you ordered, we'll send you a new one free of charge or refund your money. Write to us within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the problem. All the details are in our Returns policy.
Care
How do I wash it?
Inside out, in cold water, with similar colors. No bleach. Line dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron over the print.
