Track your order
When your order leaves our facility, we email you the tracking number and a link to see where your package is.
How to see where your order is
- Look in your inbox for the Forged email letting you know your order is on its way. Check your Spam and Promotions folders too.
- Click the tracking number. You'll see where your package is and which carrier has it.
- Your order confirmation email also has a link to your order page, with its status.
When does that email arrive?
After production, which takes 2 to 5 business days. From then on, shipping takes 3 to 4 business days to the United States and 5 to 20 business days to the rest of the world, depending on the country.
Can't find it?
If more than 7 business days have passed since your purchase and it hasn't arrived, email us at siraroy90@gmail.com with your order number and the email you used to buy. We'll send you the tracking.
If tracking says "delivered" and you don't have it, check with your neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. What we do if a package is lost is explained in our Shipping policy.
