2. Using the store

By browsing or buying here, you accept these terms and our shipping, returns and privacy policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

3. Our pieces

Every piece is made to order. Photos are for reference: colors may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly from one piece to another.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is added at checkout. Your country's import taxes or duties are not included. You can pay with PayPal and, when PayPal offers it, also by card. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious error in the price or description, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't ship to your address. If you've already paid, we'll refund the full amount.

6. Shipping and returns

These are governed by our Shipping policy and our Returns and refunds policy.

7. Designs and brand

The designs, logo, texts and photos in this store belong to Forged. You may not copy, sell or use them without our written permission.

8. Proper use

You may not use the store for illegal purposes, try to damage it, or pay with payment methods that aren't yours.

9. Liability

Our liability for an order doesn't exceed what you paid for it. We're not responsible for carrier or customs delays, or for causes beyond our control, except as stated in our Shipping policy. Nothing here limits the rights your country's law gives you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date.
